MENTORING PROGRAM - Director: Doug Barclay, Barclay HR Consulting

One-on-one mentoring partnership -Each mentee meets one-on-one with a senior executive or business owner from another industry. Monthly meetings are generally face-to-face for a period of one year. Mentees access their mentor in real time gaining practical knowledge and experience.
Mentees learn from experts in a variety of areas such as team building, strategic planning, innovation, conflict management, and many other areas.
The purpose of mentoring is to build the competencies necessary to achieve greater success in business and in life.
